Professional Certificate Program Applicants
To be considered for admittance in a professional certificate program, you must fill out and submit the Professional Certificate application form along with a copy of your resume and the $40 application fee. The application form is in PDF format and you will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it. You must also have your official high school transcript sent to the Admission Office. If you have a college degree already you may submit your official college transcript instead.
