At Champlain College, learning extends beyond the classroom walls. Our academic and civic centers give students the opportunity to collaborate with other students, faculty members and industry partners to address community and global issues. Through the collaborative process students learn how to become leaders; to be responsible, respectful, proactive citizens; and to think critically about community, creativity, team work, leadership and professionalism.
Our Centers provide technical assistance to organizations throughout the region, offering professional guidance on specific projects. Vermont law officials, for example, turn to Champlain College’s Center for Digital Investigation for assistance in areas related to computer forensics and other digital investigations. This collaboration builds a strong working relationship between outside organizations and Champlain College that works for the benefit of all involved.
