Important Information for Students Preparing to Graduate

Attention December Graduates:

Please go to my.champlain.edu, log into WebAdvisor - Student section - and under Additional Resources, click on the "Application for Graduation" link:
By submitting your Application for Graduation, the following will happen:

• your academic file will be reviewed to verify you have met all requirements
• your diploma will be ordered
• your name will be added to the Commencement Program if you indicate you will be attending the May ceremony
• information on caps, gowns and graduation announcements will be sent to you
• information on all Commencement events and activities will be mailed to you and your family.

Should you fail to submit an Application for Graduation, the above will not occur. Therefore, it is essential for you to complete this form.
