Kyle Dodson Kyle Dodson, Director of the Center for Service and Civic Engagement- kdodson@champlain.edu

Kyle was formerly a public elementary school Principal in Dorchester, MA. He is incredibly passionate about urban public Pre-K—12 education and issues concerning equity and access for all students, regardless of race or socio-economic status.

Ashley George Ashley George, Service Coordinator- ageorge@champlain.edu

Ashley is a former employee of the Committee on Temporary Shelter (COTS). She is passionate about social justice issues at both the local and global level and is excited to collaborate with the students on issues they care about.

Andrea Gewirtzman Andrea Gewirtzman, Americorps*VISTA - agewirtzman@champlain.edu

Andréa is a 2009 graduate of Merton College, University of Oxford, where she was involved in promoting higher education to students from underrepresented groups. She is looking forward to strengthening the partnership between Champlain students and local schools.

Kaitlyn Elias Kaitlyn Elias

 Kaitlyn is from Massachusetts and is a senior Education major here at Champlain.  She is passionate about the Center's work in the local Burlington school district.  This is Kaitlyn's second year working in the Center.

Christen IlacquaChristen Ilacqua

Christen grew up in Connecticut and is a junior at Champlain in the Social Work program. She hopes to break down barriers within the student population and encourage enthusiasm for service and community awareness. 

Caity PascucciCaity Pascucci

Caity is a Senior originally from Rochester, NH but she grew up mostly in Haverhill, MA. She is a Hospitality Industry Management major focusing in hotel management. She is excited about the Center because she wants to learn more about ways to help out in the community and get other students excited about these opportunities.  One day she would like to use what she learns to develop a sustainable business that would benefit the community in a brand new way.
