Insurance Policy

Champlain College requires all groups to provide a certificate of Commercial General Liability insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000. The certificate must name Champlain College as additional insured and be provided to the Event Center at least 20 days before the event or conference.

If your group or organization has a liability policy, your insurance agent can provide this certificate. If you do not carry a policy, you can purchase one as directed below.

TULIP Tenant User Liability Insurance Program

Below you will find the instructions on the process of obtaining this insurance in order to meet on-campus.

The web address to access the URMIA Tenant User Program is: http://urmia.bene-marc.com.

Every tenant user (including those at the College) that wants to access the site will need to first REGISTER. Each tenant user will have their own login and a password of THEIR choosing. The next screen, after the login screen, is the field to put the Institution's PASSCODE.
