For a change of pace and menu, stop in to Jazzman's Café. Sit for a while and soak in the beautiful lake views while you enjoy a cup of coffee or grab a sandwich to go. In addition to smoothies and iced and hot cappuccino and latte drinks, Champlain's student-run café offers a variety of sandwiches, paninis, soups, salads, cookies and pastries from the nearby kitchen-where creative students in our Hospitality Industry Management program help develop and prepare the menu. Jazzman's Café is comfortable, relaxing and a great place to eat while working on a project with a classmate. You'll often see your professors getting their lunch or stopping to chat with students at the café tables.
