Virtual Archeology Museum
In conjunction with the State of Vermont Agency of Commerce Community Developments’ department of Housing and Community Affairs Division for Historic Preservation, the Emergent Media Center will be developing a prototype browser-based virtual archeology museum. In partnership with Giovanna Peebles, State Archeologist.
The Emergent Media Center is starting the conceptual phase of a Virtual Museum online environment that will explore the world of archeological findings and history. Though this project is still undergoing conceptualization, the virtual archaeology museum at its most basic aims to create a community-based archaeology social network.
