Timeline
Saturday, June 20, 2009, 1:00 -2:30 p.m check-in and registration in the Hauke Lounge
(At this time students will receive a packet containing the weekly schedule, student handbook, dorm assignment, personal phone number & e-mail address)
Students will then unload and unpack in their assigned dorm room.
Parents may then depart.
At 2:30 p.m. students are required to return to the Hauke Lounge for the Welcoming Introduction and to begin our IT adventure.

Students must be moved out of the dorms starting at 10:30 a.m. Students should be packed and gear loaded by 11:00 a.m. There will be a dorm inspection at this time. We will be searching for left articles so that they can be retrieved at the time of 1:00 p.m. departure.
Closing ceremony goes from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., students must be present, family and friends are invited and encouraged to attend and see what their camper has accomplished!

For emergency phone calls, please contact Champlain College security at (802) 865-6465 (after 5:00 p.m.). Please inform dispatcher that your son/daughter is participating in the IT Institute. They will know where and how to locate them.
