Dodgeball - Sunday on Campus

Each Sunday night at 7:00pm in the Argosy Gymnasium, located in the IDX Student Life Center, students gather to have some dodgeball fun! Teams are made weekly, depending on the amount of interested student's. All students are welcome to participate; all you need to do is show up!

Basketball - Monday on Campus

At the beginning of each semester students who are interested in participating in intramural basketball come forth and create teams. A schedule of games is then created, and teams play amongst each other in hopes to become the champions and hoist the Intramural Championship Trophy!! Basketball takes place on Monday nights at 8:00pm in the beautiful Argosy Gymnasium located in the IDX Student Life Center.

Soccer - Tuesday off Campus

At the beginning of every semester all students who show an interest are welcome to come forward and gather into teams. Each Tuesday night at 8:30 students take the school vans to the Sports & Fitness Edge indoor playing fields, located in Williston, VT. At the end of each semester all teams participate in a tournament to determine the Champlain Intramural Soccer Champions and the chance to hoist the trophy!!

Volleyball - Wednesday on Campus

Volleyball takes place in the Argosy Gymnasium, located in the IDX Student Life Center, every Wednesday night fro, 7:00-10:00pm. Volleyball is completely pick up, so any student is welcome to play whenever they can make it. It is played with co-ed teams, which are made weekly.

Ultimate Frisbee - Thursday on Campus

Ultimate frisbee is made up of teams, which are created in a "pick-up" fashion every week. Students of all skill levels are welcome to come join part way through the semester, every week, or just a few times! Ultimate frisbee meets in the Argosy Gymnasium, located in the IDX Student Life Center, on Thursday nights from 5:30-8:00pm.

Floor Hockey - Thursday on Campus

Pick-up tennis takes place in the ARgosy Gymnasuim at 6pm. Students come down to play fun mini games, single matches, double matches, and to just hit the ball around witha  few friends. All students are welcome to come down and partake in the fun at any point during the semester.Floor hockey is another pick up intramural sport that Champlain offers. Students of all skill level are welcome to come try it out however many times they would like. Interested participants meet in the Argosy Gymnasium, located in the IDX Student Life Center, on Thursdays at 8pm.

Tennis - Friday on Campus

Pick up tennis takes place in the Argosy Gymnasium from 6:oo - 8:00pm on fridays. All students are welcome to come down and enjoy playing mini games, singale matches, double matches, or just hit the ball around with friends. This is a co-ed event that is open for students to join at any point during the semester.

 Recreational Sports

Recreational Ice Hockey - Sunday Afternoon Games

Champlain's ice hockey team is created at the beginning of each semester. They play games on Sunday evenings at one of the three local rinks in Burlington and the surrounding towns- C. Douglas Cairns Arena, located in S. Burlington, Leddy Park Arena, located in Burlington, and Essex High School Arena, located in Essex. Champlains hockey team plays through the Full Stride league. Schedules are posted at the beginning of each semester.

Recreational Lacrosse - Thursday Night Games

Champlain's lacrosse team is created at the beginning of each semester. The team practices one night a week in the Argosy Gymnasium and play games on thursday night. They play their games at The Field House in shelburne, a beautiful indoor faculity that has a highly competitive and fun league. The schedule is posted at the beginning of each semester and the team travels to the games togeather in the school vans.
