ODI Awards Nomination Form

Please fill out this form and be sure to indicate the award for which you are nominating the individual(s). We honor multiple women in the categories below. The awards are:

Courage Award

Awarded to an individual(s) student, staff and/or faculty who has demonstrated courage speaking out against injustice and/or prejudice within the College community.

Resident Assistant Award

Awarded to a Champlain College resident assistant who has demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion goals through residence hall programming and involvement in community events.

Community Leadership Award

Awarded to an individual student who has demonstrated emerging leadership addressing social justice issues within the Champlain community.

Lucy Remington Advocacy & Social Justice Award

This award recognizes and individual graduating student who embodies the spirit of advocacy and social justice.

Outstanding Staff and Faculty Award

Awarded to a staff and/or faculty member who has displayed continual commitment to leadership, advocacy and social justice.

Outstanding College Administrator Award

Awarded to a Champlain College administrator who has displayed continual commitment to leadership, advocacy and social justice.

Outstanding Community Partner Award

Awarded to an ODI community partner (internal/external) who has demonstrated commitment to the mission and goals of the department and Champlain College.

Ally Award

Awarded to an individual(s) student, staff, and/or faculty who has demonstrated a strong commitment to work within the Champlain community in an effort to create social change.
