What Furniture/Appliances are Included in my Apartment?

Each bedroom is furnished with a single bed, a desk and chair, and a dresser. The living room includes a couch, coffee table, lounge chair, and TV stand. Each apartment has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Laundry facilities are on the 4th and 6th floors.

Where Should I Park?

Spinner Place wraps around a 900-space municipal garage. Parking permits are available to Spinner Place residents for a monthly fee through Hall Keen property management. All Champlain residents may park their vehicles at the Gilbane lot off of Pine Street in Burlington for free. Most Spinner residents find it easiest to purchase a parking permit for the Spinner Place garage and take the shuttle to-and-from campus for class, as you will not be able to park on campus during business hours with a Spinner permit. The discounted rate for Champlain residents is $75.00.  This represents a savings of about $30.00/month off the city rate.  Parking permits will be available during move in and may be purchased from the property manager during normal business hours. For more information about parking permits, please call Bryan Eidel, the Spinner Place property manager, at 802-861-2710.

Please note: the parking garage at Spinner Place is not affiliated with Champlain College in any way. For information about campus parking policies visit the Parking Services information page.
