Deposits: Returning Students

Tuition Deposit—$500

Full-time students are required to pay a tuition deposit prior to Fall Course Selection held in March. Students who register after the deadline are assessed a late registration fee of $200.

Dormitory Deposit—$500

Full-time students are required to pay a dormitory deposit prior to participating in the Housing Selection process held in April. Students who deposit after the deposit due date may be placed on the housing wait list.

Deposits may be refunded up to May 1st by written notification to the Student Account Office or by email to studentaccounts@champlain.edu

Tuition deposits are applied to the fall semester billing statement and dormitory deposits are applied to the spring semester bill.
