Champlain College Offers Academic Tour for Staff, Faculty and Friends

Kilkenny Countryside The Offices of the President and International Education at Champlain College offer an annual 10-day tour of Ireland June 17-27, 2016, for staff, faculty, parents, students, alumni and friends of Champlain College. The focus this year will be historic cities and heritage sites including castles, stately homes, walled and medieval cities.

Tour leader is Dr. Stephen Robinson, Director of Champlain College Dublin. Local guides will join us at most of the other destinations. Tour participants will gain an insider understanding of the region, its people and culture and a chance to see and learn about Champlain's study abroad program in Dublin

While in Dublin, you will get a chance to see the world famous Book of Kells and take a historic walking tour of the city. There will also be a visit to Champlain's Dublin study abroad campus with a lecture from a faculty member. Plan on great scenery, amazing history, stunning architecture, fantastic food and wonderful company.
