Biography

Jacque Choi has been working in video games since 2000, and graduated from the Emily Carr University in Vancouver BC with a degree in Fine Arts. He has contributed to numerous titles in his 13 year career, and is currently working as the Lead Character Artist at Eidos / Square Enix on Thief.

He is involved in the online Game Art communities, as he has been awarded the CGHub.com Gold Award, has been given a Top Row banner at Polycount.com, and has published articles in the first issue of VERTEX magazine. You can see his work at www.jacquechoi.com.

Jacque is thrilled to be in his 4th year teaching at Champlain College. He is eager to really push the students, and give them a solid insight into the type of work expected of them to break into the industry.
