Claude holds a Ph. D. in Educational Technology from Concordia University and is a well-established practitioner and educator in the training and education Canadian community. He has been in the forefront in the development of Human Performance Technology practices and the implementation of distance education technology in large corporation and educational institutions.
Over the last, 25 years, he has held senior roles in large organizations like Pratt and Whitney Canada, Telus, Hydro-Québec and DMR (Fujitsu) Consulting. He has also worked as a national and international HPT consultant, providing expertise and support to national and international organization like the Airport council International(ACI), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the John Molson School of Business and St-Justine Hospital. He is also a founding member and former President of multiple training and education association, like the Learning Alliance and the Quebec chapter of the Canadian society of Training and development (CSTD) and he is the current chairman of the Canadian eLearning Enterprise Alliance (CeLEA), the national association of E-Learning producer. In addition, he has managed over 60 projects and has implemented HR, communication and training technology solutions in over 30 large organizations.
