Donna Savino has been in the field of Human Resources for almost 14 years as a Manager for Hewlett-Packard Company. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1987 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. She began working for Hewlett-Packard Company in 1988 and attended graduate school at night while working full-time. She earned a Master's in Business Administration from Boston University in 1992.

While at Hewlett-Packard, she held positions in both the sales and business organizations. Her experience working with HP's medical group allowed her to gain a strong working knowledge of the health care industry. She began teaching for Champlain College in 2007 and now teaches and develops courses for undergraduate and graduate students. She encourages students to study, work hard and achieve a high standard of excellence as Human Resource leaders. Her courses are designed to help students develop the competencies essential to leadership success in today's health care environment.
