ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATE
This certificate will prepare you to successfully manage the new normal in organizations—constant change—and to understand how a dynamic, and sometimes volatile, work environment affects people. Communication skills are strongly emphasized.
Our organizational development certificate will:
- educate you to manage in a rapidly changing environment;
- prepare you to help others successfully adapt to change;
- give you the tools to collect and analyze information to understand and manage change;
- allow you to effectively communicate within organizations.
Note: Federal financial aid is only available for associate, bachelor's, and master's degree programs. Standalone certificate programs are ineligible for financial aid.
