Michael is a retired U.S. Army Colonel, and a practicing attorney at law for more than 40 years. He has also taught a variety of institutions teaching: Business Law, Commercial Law, Consumer Law, Communications Law, International Law, International Business Law and Military Law. He has prior experience as a Malcolm Baldridge Evaluator for U.S. Department of Defense, and is certified in ISO 9000 and Total Quality Management.
He is experienced with international consulting through various USAID programs abroad, and in private practice limited to personal injury, Workers' Compensation, and business practice. Michael has done trial work in Federal and State courts and is a published military historical writer. Currently, Michael is a lawyer, consultant, faculty member, and writer.
