Currently employed as a Program Manager for NTT DATA, Mark was previously employed for 16 years at IBM where he held positions as Transition Project Manager, Data Warehouse Project Manager, and Radio Frequency Test Engineer.

Mark earned a BS in Computer Information Systems from Champlain College in 2000, a Master's in Project Management from George Washington University in 2002, an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Suffolk University in 2004, and a Master's in Global Supply Chain Management from Indiana University in 2005.

His certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Advanced Project Management from Stanford University, and Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from the APICS organization.

Mark lives in Burlington, Vermont.
