some 450 students located a short
10-minute walk from the center of
Rennes.

student orientation and practical
training programs, Universite du
Havre enrolls 6,590 students in
France's second-largest port city.
Classes are in French; a two-hour

Champlain College and The International College
Mumbai (formerly Bombay) is a city of 14 million people on the west coast of India. As the financial capital of India, it is driving the countrys emergence as an economic powerhouse of the 21st century. Experience the mosaic of Indian lifethe diversity of its cultures, foods and religionsand the dynamic intersection of modernity and tradition.
In collaboration with The International College (THiNC) since 2001, Champlain Colleges campus in Mumbai offers courses in business, hospitality industry management and software engineering to local Indian students and to Champlain-Burlington study abroad students. Internships and special programs in social work are also available. The program is offered in the fall, spring and summer semesters. All classes are Champlain courses taught in English by local faculty. Study abroad students are charge their regular Champlain tuition and pay local rates for housing arranged near the campus. Honoring a tradition in business
studies that goes back to 1867,
HES School of Economics and Business
is one of the largest single-faculty
institutions of professional business
education in the Netherlands. It
offers a wide range of business-oriented
programs preparing students for
Bachelor and Master Degrees. Support
courses are included in the degree
programs such as foreign languages,
law and psychology.
The school also offers specially
designed international programs
which are taught in English, including
undergraduate double degree programs
with partner schools in Germany,
France, the UK, Mexico, Spain and
Sweden. As a result of this, nearly
one third of the institute's international
students gather in Amsterdam each
year from all over Europe, USA,
Canada, Mexico, Africa, Australia
and Asia to complete their international
business studies.

Sweden
The
University of Skövde
The University
of Skövde in Sweden hosts some
3,000 students. You won't feel abandoned
by your native language, because
many courses are conducted in English
and a large number of Skövde's
50,000 people speak English. Nestled
at the foot of Mount Billingen,
between Gothenburg and Stockholm,
Skövde is a prime spot for
downhill and cross country skiing.
Other recreational opportunities
can be found at Europe's two largest
lakes just a half-hour away.

International
University in Geneva, Switzerland,
is a new school with fewer than
200 undergraduates. It offers many
of the same courses as Champlain
College, as well as instruction
in several foreign languages. Students
who decide to study at International
