Contact Nancy Kerr, Media Communication Program Director,
The Broadcast & Streaming Media major is market ready. It will provide you with a great depth in the specific skills that will give you the most flexibility in a changeable industry.
Because you'll follow an in-depth curriculum in the Broadcast & Streaming Media major starting in your first semester, you'll be qualified sooner for internships. Our Broadcast & Streaming Media majors are highly sought-after for internships because they have been so well prepared in the class room to actually go out and do the work.
All students are required to complete at least one internship, but we recommend they complete three or four. Why? In the graduating class of 2012, we had three land full-time jobs because of their internships. We help our students get as much hands-on experience as possible.
