This specialization is well suited for the student who wants to explore more fully the legal side of business and who plans on working as a business manager in a small to medium-sized business or a non-profit organization.

In the Business Law specialization for Business Administration majors, you will:

• Prepare all documents required for real estate closings, examine title insurance documentation, and learn methods for establishing and releasing liens on real property.
