Payment and Reimbursement
Installment Payment Plan
Because we want to make sure a Champlain College education is accessible to as many people as possible, we offer the option of paying tuition in installments through a secure Web-payment service for a $35 fee. If you choose this plan, you also have the choice of paying by electronic check, electronic savings or American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA credit cards. There is a convenience fee of 2.75% charged when using a credit or debit card but there is no convenience fee for electronic check or savings payments.
Employers must have a pre-approved reimbursement arrangement with Champlain College. The employer reimbursement plan is processed through a secure Web-payment service as a type of installment plan for a fee of $35. Students are required to pay a deposit. The balance is due approximately 30 days from the end of the semester. Please contact the Student Accounts office (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more details.
Provide a signed authorization from your supervisor giving us permission to bill your employer. Payment will be due within 30 days of billing. An employer billing form can be found online here.
