Answer: Not much.
Spend your February break in Vermont's winter wonderland and take in the beautiful, snowy view of the Adirondacks, Green Mountains and Lake Champlain. Whether you're exploring the boutiques and restaurants on Church Street or cutting trails in Vermont's snow, there's plenty to do this season for everyone.
While you're here, take the time to check out the wonderful colleges in the Burlington, Vermont, area. We've had so many students coming to visit our campus during their winter break that we created a special Winter Open House Event. It’s one of our favorite annual events, and we'd love you to join us for it.
Our Open Houses are the best way to get the Champlain experience. Start your day off by meeting Don Laackman, the President of the College. Let him tell you about the unique education Champlain has to offer—a combination of our Upside-Down curriculum for your career-focused major/minors and specializations, the liberal arts courses in the Core curriculum, and the lifelong career management and financial sophistication workshops provided by the Office of Life Experience & Action Dimension (LEAD).
Spend the rest of your day exploring our campus and get one of the best views of the lake in Burlington from the top of our library, the Miller Information Commons. Meet with our award-winning faculty and learn about the many hands-on opportunities that they have created for their students within the community, and make time to talk with our staff from admissions, financial aid, student organizations, and career services.
Champlain wants you to get the best experience of Burlington, Vermont. That's why we work with many of the hotels in the area to get you the best deals. Check out our Where to Stay page for more information on special Champlain rates.
