Next Steps for Accepted Undergraduate Students

Join the Champlain Community!

Step One: Enroll!

This is the easy part. If you've decided that Champlain is your first choice, simply submit a secure online payment for your Tuition and Housing deposit, and you are officially a Champlain College student!

If you prefer to send your deposit in by regular mail, please fill out and return both the Tuition and Housing deposit you received in your Accepted Student package in the enclosed return envelope.

We'd love for you to join us! You'll need to let us know that you are coming, though. Please accept your Admission to Champlain by submitting your Tuition deposit by the deadlines below. Also, housing decisions are based on a first-come first serve basis, so the sooner you submit your Housing deposit, the sooner we can assign your housing.

  • Early Decision I:   JANUARY 15, 2014
  • Early Decision II:  MARCH 15, 2014
  • Regular Decision:  MAY 1, 2014
  • Transfer: For Fall term 2014, deposits are due May 1, or two weeks following acceptance, which ever is later. For Spring 2015 deposits are due Nov. 30 or two weeks following acceptance, which ever is later.

Step Two: Register for Your Accepted Student Day Event

This is YOUR day. Don't miss it! This year's dates are Saturday, March 29th & Saturday, April 12 (If you are in town the night before, come to one of the Friday Night Social events in The Perry Hall Welcome Center).

Come! You might meet your new best friend or a possible roommate candidate—and you'll definitely be able to pick up your first Champlain sweatshirt in the bookstore, and get your picture taken with our mascot Chauncey T. Beaver. While you are here, you can enjoy Burlington, or even hit the slopes for some sunny spring skiing/riding. To register:

Step Three: Connect with Other Accepted Students on Facebook

We've created an easy-access Facebook site just for you and your fellow accepted students. Our application will keep your profile private, giving you the chance to chat with others and learn about your shared interests without the need to add someone as a friend. Check it:
