Pay your enrollment deposit
To hold your place in your class, please submit your $500 deposit by mailing a check to the address below.

Activate your Champlain Account
If you have not already done so, activate your Champlain College username and password. Go to our account set-up webpage and follow the instructions to activate your account and change your temporary password. If you experience challenges with this process, please contact Champ Support by emailing champsupport@champlain.edu or by calling 802-860-2710.
Software Recommendations
Graduate Emergent Media students use the Adobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud or CS6 Master Collection) and the Microsoft Office Suite. Open source alternatives to Office are acceptable. Many students use Keynote (Mac), Prezi and note-taking software such as Evernote. You are eligible for educational pricing on most software packages. You may purchase software anywhere you choose, but a popular online store for educational software is www.journeyed.com.
Orientation
Graduate Emergent Media students are invited to campus for a one-day orientation the week before classes start. Invitations with event details will be emailed over the summer.
Parking Permit
Order your free parking permit for Zone 2: 115 Lakeside Avenue lot.
Housing
Apartment-style housing is available for Graduate Emergent Media graduate students. If you are interested, please contact: gradschool@champlain.edu or call 866-282-7259.
Health Insurance
The Health Insurance plan through Champlain College is mandatory for all students who are not covered by another policy and have not completed the online waiver form.

The Student Portal is the launching place that allows you to access important platforms and resources such as your Champlain Email, Self Service, Tutoring, our academic calendar, and more. Access the student portal here.
