The vision, mission, the ups and the downs of returning the luster to a "tired" brand, building a team dedicated to providing a superior guest experience, and a bright long-term future for this Vermont institution. He is also the founder of the McKelvey Foundation, an organization dedicated to the success of young entrepreneurs by providing scholarships to students who run their own businesses.
