Photography Lab/Darkroom
Location:
The lab is located in 205 Hauke.
About the lab:
The photo lab has 2 black-and-white film processing rooms, a 10 enlarger printing darkroom, and a 3 computer digital room with a flat-bed scanner and a printer. The lab has mat-cutting equipment, a work table and a critique board.
The darkroom is used mainly to accommodate the Introductory and Intermediate Photography classes. It can be used for 35mm, 120, and 4x5 black-and-white film formats.
Champlain students who are not enrolled in a photography class are welcome to use the darkroom/photo lab. All chemistry is supplied, but students are required to bring their own film and photo paper.
For more information and/or to use the darkroom, please contact Jordan Douglas at jdouglas@champlain.edu.
