Cortney CahillCortney Cahill, MSOD is an organization development consultant focused on developing leaders and their teams to drive business results through strategic initiatives and organizational alignment. Cortney is faculty in the MBA Program at Champlain College and faculty in the National Training Lab's Diversity Leadership Certificate Program.

Traci FentonTracy Fenton, MBA specializes in working with individuals and teams to bring them into alignment with their vision, strategy, and professional roles. Since obtaining an International MBA from Cornell University, New York and Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario in 2006, Tracy has worked with public and private sector clients in the UK, South Africa, Singapore, Europe, the U.S., and Canada.

Sean CollinsSean Collins, Ed. D. is an experienced organization development practitioner. He holds a doctorate in Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of VT, and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University. A consultant for businesses in the airline, medical, educational, government and corporate sectors, Sean maximizes leaders' impact and influence by showing how to lead upward, inspire followership, and develop capacity from within.

GUEST FACULTY

Fran JohnstonFrances Johnston, PhD, is co-founder of the Teleos Leadership Institute, a professional consulting firm for both private and public sectors that encourages and develops values-based and resonant leadership, and is the co-author of Becoming a Resonant Leader (2008).

Fran has designed programs in leadership development and transformation, group dynamics, and organizational renewal. She serves as an advisor and coach to senior executives internationally and designs and implements advanced leadership programs throughout North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Her particular focus in the application of emotional and social intelligence competencies in the challenge of organizational leadership.
