Free Credit Review Day
As student at Champlain College, you have a unique opportunity to receive your personal credit report, your credit score, and take part in a 20-minute professional analysis. Free Credit Review Day offers you a great chance to increase your knowledge around credit, fix any possible mistakes on your credit report, make an action plan for improving your credit, and potentially save you money and stress in the future!
Free Credit Review Day - Saturday, February 28th, 2015.
- Review your Personal Tri-Merge Credit Report with a trained volunteer in a private, 20-minute session free! (usual cost: about $25)
- Know what your three FICO Credit Scores are
- Leave with a personalized action plan on how to maintain, improve or build your credit!

Q: What will I need to bring with me?
A: In order to pull up your credit report and scores, you will need to bring your social security number and a valid ID.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: Use the link available at the end of this page to sign up for a 30 minute time slot. A couple of days before the event, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your appointment time and what you need for the event.
Q: How is this different from getting my credit report for free at www.annualcreditreport.com?
A: Although you can get your credit report at annualcreditreport.com for free, you cannot get your credit scores without payment. At this event you will not only get your scores, but you will leave with an action plan of how you can improve your credit rating.
This event is brought to you by the Center for Financial Literacy at Champlain College, Champlain Housing Trust and LEAD, thanks to a generous grant from People's United Bank.
