Donovan Lefferts

Media Assistant

Donovan Lefferts is a senior from Salisbury, CT majoring in Graphic Design at Champlain College. Donovan works as a Student Communications Assistant at LCDI where he is involved in working with the different social media pages for the Center as well as the blog on our website. This work includes sharing articles of interest related to the field of Digital Forensics and publishing reports from the student workers at the LCDI. Another part of this ongoing project is to give others an inside look at the LCDI through video and photos of students at work.

Outside of the LCDI Donovan also works for the Conference & Event Center as a Facilities Assistant, which means that he set up all of the events that happen on campus. Donovan is also co-president of the Champlain College Cycling Club, so riding bikes usually takes up the little bit of free time he has during the warmer weather. He chose Champlain College because he has always been drawn toward art, which is why he chose graphic design and Champlain has a great graphic design program. Also, Burlington is an amazing city and a great place to spend your early adult life.

Donovan is interested in photography. He has never actually owned a camera of his own, but he would like to eventually get more experience in this field. After graduation, Donovan hopes to stay in Burlington for a bit longer to experience it without the school schedule. Ultimately, he would like to get graphic design work in the motocross or biking industry, for a company like Fox Racing.
