VISION

To create a diverse and rich community which provides many opportunities for under-represented students, in particular, and all students in general, to be engaged, involved, supported and celebrated.

OSDI is committed to :

• Creating diverse opportunities for students through collaboration, programming, outreach, and education.



• Helping faculty and staff implement inclusive practices in the classroom and throughout the college campus.



• Providing collaboration and support to increase cultural awareness, both on campus and in the greater local community.
