Applied Psychology
Why do people behave, think and feel the way we do? And how do those personality traits translate in the business world?
Champlain’s Applied Psychology program brings two seemingly very different worlds together in a way that creates dynamic career possibilities for our graduates. Our program combines a solid understanding of human behavior in the workplace, and the strong communication, problem solving, analysis and business skills that employers need. Careers for graduates from this program include affirmative action coordinator, arbitrator, benefits manager, employee relations representative, employee welfare officer/manager, mediator, and much, much more. Students in this program can expect to graduate with the following abilities:
