Champ Support operates a rental house of various media production equipment that is available at no charge to Champlain students, faculty and staff. Various levels of video cameras, still cameras, lighting kits, tripods, audio equipment, and more are available to rent (some items require training and other clearances to access). You may read our rental policies and make a reservation online. For specific questions about what is available, or for assistance with arranging access for your class, please contact Champ Support at (802) 860-2710 or email@example.com.
Freshmen and sophomores can rent equipment for up to three days. Juniors and seniors can rent for up to five days.

If you are requesting services for an event you did not personally book in EMS (such as a class scheduled by the registrar), and/or you would like to discuss what technology may be appropriate for your needs, you may contact us for assistance (802-860-2710, firstname.lastname@example.org).
PLEASE NOTE: We ask for advance notice of at least one week for AV support requests in order to schedule the appropriate staffing (particularly for events outside our standard business hours). For questions specific to using the EMS system you may contact the Conference and Events Center (802-651-5957).

Absolutely! We typically offer drop-in trainings in late August, or you may contact us at (802) 860-2710 or firstname.lastname@example.org at any time to schedule a one-on-one session.

The Higher Education Opportunity Act blocks peer to peer sharing in colleges, making it illegal to torrent on campus. However, Linux distributions have been white listed and are legal to download.
