The maximum length of your rental time depends on what year you are in school. Freshmen and sophomores can rent equipment for up to three days. Juniors and seniors can rent for up to five days.
Click here to go to the EMS system where you can request audio/video services for your campus event (microphones & PA systems, LCD projectors with laptops and screens, videography services, etc.). This equipment is typically delivered and set up by a Media Services technician.

NOTE: Three days' advance notice is required for Media Services event support requests and advance notice of at least one business week is required for videography requests. Videography requests also require the customer to have the necessary appearance release form completed by any non-Champlain students/faculty/staff being featured (submit to Lyle King at email@example.com).

The Higher Education Opportunity Act blocks peer to peer sharing in colleges, making it illegal to torrent on campus. However, Linux distributions have been white listed and are legal to download.
