The Enrollment Service team is here to assist new students with admissions, financial aid, enrollment, and billing inquiries.
Your ID card serves as your student ID, meal plan card, and residence hall key. You may also use the card to ride for free on any Chittenden County Transportation Authority (CCTA) bus in Chittenden County. You have the option of using the card as a debit card at certain campus sites, including the bookstore, campus laundry facilities and snack bars. Additionally, the card may be used with multiple vendors in the greater Burlington area, wherever merchants display our CC Cash Card logo. Tuition payments are not permissible via the CC Cash card.
Web deposits made by 3 p.m. on Monday through Thursday 5 p.m..
For deposits made after 3 p.m., or on Friday through Sunday, please allow one business day for availability.
You may deposit funds to your Cash Card account 24 hours a day through a secure online portal at https://forms.champlain.edu/secure/cccash/. In addition, the ability to view your cash card balance online is anticipated to be active prior to the opening of classes in the fall.
A student meal plan for non-residential students may be purchased securely online. The plan cost is $350.00 for 40 meals, and is valid only during the academic year. Any remaining meals left on the card expire in April following the close of classes each year.
