Wellness & Fitness Center

Champlain College has a state of the art Fitness Center located in the IDX Student Life Center. We pride ourselves in keeping our Fitness Center clean, current and fun, and we welcome the beginner, intermediate and advanced individual.

Our equipment includes:

  • A full CYBEX strength circuit
  • Free weight section, squat rack, roman chair, lat pull-down, kettle-bells, exercise balls, bands, CYBEX multi-use cable system, exercise balls, bands
  • Treadmills, RC Trainers, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, stair-stepper, rowing machine

Demonstrations of equipment are available upon request!

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Champlain College offers some of the best group fitness classes in the area! We welcome faculty/staff and students of all fitness levels to all classes. We offer Yoga, Strength Conditioning, Zumba and more. If you're looking to add some spice to your workout, this is where it's at!

Champlain College Dance Team

The Champlain College Dance Team is open to all students of Champlain. Previous dance experience is a plus, but not required. The team practices twice a week on Campus and performs at various events on campus and in the Burlington community. The Dance Team works on various styles of dance throughout the semester with the opportunity of student choreography projects as well.
