Wellness & Fitness Center
Champlain College has a state of the art Fitness Center located in the IDX Student Life Center. We pride ourselves in keeping our Fitness Center clean, current, and fun, and we welcome the beginner, intermediate, and advanced individual.
Our equipment includes:
- A full CYBEX strength circuit
- Free weight section, squat rack, roman chair, lat pull-down, kettlebells, exercise balls, bands, CYBEX multi-use cable system, exercise balls, bands
- Treadmills, RC Trainers, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, stair-stepper, rowing machine
Demonstrations of equipment are available upon request!

Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 11:30PM
Saturday and Sunday 11:00AM - 11:30PM

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:30AM - 2:00PM
Tuesday and Thursday 10:00AM - 2:00PM
Monday - Thursday 4:00PM - 7:00PM
The fitness center is not open on the weekend
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Champlain College offers some of the best group fitness classes in the area! We welcome faculty/staff and students of all fitness levels to all classes. We offer Yoga, Strength Conditioning, Zumba, Meditation classes, and more. If you're looking to add some spice to your workout, this is where it's at! Current classes include:
- Body Attack — Starting on September 10
- Body Pump — Starting on September 11
- Core 360
- DaVinci Bodyboard
- Fitness for All
- Get Pumped
- Straight Up Core

Champlain College Dance Team
The Champlain College Dance Team is coached by Sarah Cover. The Dance Team is open to all students of Champlain College.
