Contact the Office of Student Conduct
All students are eligible to apply for positions on the Peer Review, Conduct Review or Academic Conduct Review Boards through the common leadership application form. These positions are compatible with all other leadership opportunities on campus. The time commitment is about 5-6 hours per semester (one hour of training and participation in two or three 90 minute hearings per semester). This leadership experience is an excellent way to develop a deeper understanding of student issues and the impact they have on our community. Board members have an opportunity to be a part of the resolution of these issues. This is a very good networking experience, and it looks great on a resume!
Students who have experience serving on the Peer Review, Conduct Review or Academic Conduct Review Board may be invited to serve on the Appeal Board. There are also positions available for student facilitators of the Peer Review Board; students with experience in this area may be invited to apply for these positions.
