A support group for students who have family backgrounds that include difficulties and disruptions, such as divorce, substance abuse or mental illness, and are looking to connect with other students as they navigate life at college.

A group for students who identify as female to come together to connect and support one another in developing a healthy lifestyle. Participants will engage in and process a variety of experiences such as yoga, expressive arts, breathwork, relaxation techniques and nature, and will be given the tools they need to integrate these practices into their lives. These experiences are aimed to help women develop a balance of supporting others and self care.
