Skilled problem-solvers, mature thinkers and experienced collaborators, Champlain students are known for being workplace-ready. Through our Upside-Down Curriculum, they begin taking courses in their majors right away, accruing substantial knowledge by the time they work as interns. In fact, our high number of internships—students can take more than one—develops model employee behavior.
Other benefits for employers: Our undergraduates combine professional studies with a rigorous Core curriculum designed to sharpen critical thinking, foster teamwork skills and develop other competencies that are in high demand. Moreover, the college’s international study programs place students in world centers of innovative industries—an irreplaceable “on the ground” experience.
Useful services for employers include the Job Database, on-campus recruiting, and career fairs managed by our Career Services Office, and Champlain’s Workforce Development Center, which can customize a wide range of educational opportunities for your employees.

The College is honored in an annual guide which salutes the nation's most environmentally responsible "green colleges."
