Everything you need to know about catering services at Champlain College in a downloadable PDF.

From basic coffee services to outdoor events of unlimited numbers, our goal is to provide you with a full range of quality and innovative catering services backed by a diverse, service oriented staff and a wide range of resources available from our international network. We are a member of the Vermont Fresh
Network, therefore will provide local products whenever available.

Choose from our dining hall buffet line, an upgraded buffet line, or catered fine dining with elegant
linens. Our talented chef can also create a tailored menu guaranteed to please your guests!

Breaks

Champlain Coffee Break
Brownies and cookies served with our freshly brewed Green Mountain coffee (regular and decaffeinated), assorted hot tea, and bottled spring water.
 
Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream on a Granite Slab
Select from several of Ben and Jerry’s infamous flavors, then choose from our extensive list of toppings that we can fold into your ice cream on our frozen slab of Vermont granite!

Breakfast

Compliment your breakfast with freshly brewed Green Mountain coffee (regular and decaffeinated)
and assorted hot teas.

Eye Opener
A basket filled with several varieties of freshly baked pastry served with fresh, seasonal sliced fruit and an assortment of orange, apple and cranberry bottled juices.
 
Sunrise Start
A selection of bagels with flavored cream cheeses, scones with preserves, and assorted muffins from our own Jazzman’s Café. Served with sliced fruit and assorted Odwalla juices.

Lunch

Include cookies or brownies, and canned soda or a bottled water with any lunch.

Bistro Grill
Grilled herb chicken breast with mozzarella and pesto mayonnaise on focaccia bread, served with side salad, condiments and potato chips.
 
Cobb Salad
A bed of mixed greens with smoked turkey, honey ham, tomato, avocado, egg, bacon and crumbled blue cheese served with blue cheese dressing.
 
Roast Beef and Havarti Panini
Roast beef and Havarti cheese on a baguette with grilled onions, romaine and Dijon, served with side salad, condiments and potato chips.

Enjoy freshly brewed Green Mountain coffee (regular and decaffeinated) and assorted hot teas after any dinner.

Vermont Pork Tenderloin
Sliced tenderloins of pork dressed in a Vermont apple glaze. Includes our classic spinach salad made with a Vermont maple dressing, fresh zucchini with garlic and basil, potatoes au gratin, fresh baked rolls and butter, and cheese cake with seasonal berries.
 
Chevre, Orzo and Basil Stuffed Portobello
Portobello mushroom caps stuffed with chevre cheese, orzo and fresh basil accompanied with fresh mesclun, baby vegetables with balsamic vinaigrette, long grain and wild rice, and green beans with almonds. Top your dinner with delicous tiramisu.
 
Lobster Bake
Broiled Maine lobsters with drawn butter, served with boiled red bliss potatoes, corn on the cob, Maine mussels, and garden salad tossed with dressing. Accompanied by fresh strawberry shortcake, lemonade and iced tea.

Cold and Hot Hors D’ouevres

From eye-pleasing tri-colored tortilla chips and salsa, gourmet spinach and artichoke dip served with baguettes, and beautiful displays of Vermont cheeses and crackers served with fresh seasonal fruit to Maryland style crab cakes with remoulade, stuffed mushrooms (veggie or crab stuffed), and mini beef Wellingtons. Our amazingly delicious variety of cold and hot hors d’ouevres are sure to satisfy everyone!

Linens

We can add sophistication to your dining experience by decorating your tables with linens. Table cloths, toppers, and napkins are available in many different sizes and colors.

Bar Service

In designated areas alcoholic beverages can be served by our personnel with either a cash or open bar. Proof of age will be required.
