Traditional, On-Campus, Undergraduates: The ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 13, 2017. The main gate will open for guests at 9:00 am. The ceremony should conclude by 12:30 pm. A reception on campus will follow the ceremony. All students, family members, faculty and staff are invited. A light lunch will be served.
Continuing Professional Studies (Online) Undergraduates & Master's: The graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 13, 2017. The entrance to the tent will open for guests at 2:30 pm. The ceremony should conclude by 5:00 pm. A reception on campus will follow the ceremony. All students, family members, faculty and staff are invited. TBD will be served.
The hooding ceremonies for students receiving their Master's degrees will begin promptly at 4:00 pm on Friday, May 12, 2017. The locations are TBD. The ceremonies should conclude AT THE LATEST 5:30 pm. A reception on campus will follow the the ceremony. All students, family members, faculty and staff are invited. TBD will be served.
All: If you indicated on your Application for Graduation that you will not attend the ceremony, you will be able to pick up your diploma in the Enrollment Service Center in Perry Hall during the week of May 15, 2017. If you are a December 2016 graduate, whether or not you plan to participate in Commencement, your diploma will be mailed to you by the end of March. Any May 2017 diplomas that have not been picked up, will be sent by certified mail between May 30 and June 30, 2017. Please check WebAdvisor to verify that we have your correct mailing address.
Undergraduate: Yes, from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Graduate: Yes, from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Students need to move out by noon, on May 14, 2017.
