Please review the schedule of events and determine the arrival day and time that works best for you, your family and guests.
Undergraduate: The ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 14, 2016. The main gate will open for guests at 9:00 am. The ceremony should conclude by noon. A reception on campus will follow the ceremony. All students, family members, faculty and staff are invited. A light lunch will be served.
Master's: The ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00 am on Friday, May 20, 2016. The entrance to the tent will open for guests at 9:00 am. The ceremony should conclude by 11:30 am. A reception on campus will follow the ceremony. All students, family members, faculty and staff are invited. A light lunch will be served.
Both Undergraduate and Master's: If you indicated on your Application for Graduation that you will not attend the ceremony, you will be able to pick up your diploma in the Enrollment Service Center in Perry Hall during the week of May 16, 2016, for Undergraduate and the week of May 23, 2016, for Master's. If you are a December 2015 graduate, whether or not you plan to participate in Commencement, your diploma will be mailed to you by the end of March. Any May 2016 diplomas that have not been picked up, will be sent by certified mail between May 30 and June 30, 2016. Please check WebAdvisor to verify that we have your correct mailing address.
Undergraduate: Yes, fom 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Graduate: Yes, from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Students need to move out by noon, on May 15, 2016.
