Our main campus dining partner is Sodexo, who has great local food connections in order to nourish students with everything from organic produce to favorites like hamburgers and pizza. Sustainability is a priority at Champlain College and has led to Fair Trade food partners, a composting program, and 20% of the food in the main dining hall being sourced locally. Signs are posted with nutritional information so that customers can make informed choices. For expanded options in coffee, drinks, and grab-and-go foods, our campus also has Jazzman's Cafe in the Hauke building and The Lodge in the IDX Student Center. Opening fall of 2015 will be a new a la carte dining hall with multiple food concepts housed in the new expansion of the Hauke building.
