Employees have the opportunity to work with a personal trainer for a discounted price at The Edge and Body Resolution. You can use this advantage to work with trainers who meet you at your fitness level and facilitate growth based on your needs and goals.
You will become a more aligned and efficient runner as this class focuses on mobility within key joints, strength in weak muscles, core stabilization, and running-specific informative handouts.
This easy-paced class will focus on core activation and stabilization as well as restoring balance and alignment to your body's movement system.
This class is held in the IDX Fitness center using cardio machines and weights. You will gain ENDURANCE, STRENGTH and FLEXIBILITY as you burn calories AND work at your own pace.
Increase muscle tone and strength with this class utilizing elastic resistance bands.

This is the class for getting back into fitness without time to sweat and shower but still seeing improvements in bone strengthening, cardiovascular and flexibility conditioning.
This class will be a total body workout for anybody who wants to get stronger utilizing barbells and dumbbells.
