Spring Wellbeing Options

Spring Tune-Up

This is a six week wellness program by Kim Jacobs that helps employees develop and improve on habits like exercising, fine-tuning a healthy eating plan, and organizing a fresh start. It includes Strength & Tone classes as well as encourages additional exercise and journaling you food intake. There is also an incentive upon completion!

Personal Training options

Employees have the opportunity to work with a personal trainer for a discounted price at The Edge and Body Resolution. You can use this advantage to work with trainers who meet you at your fitness level and facilitate growth based on your needs and goals.

Gentle Yoga

Explore yoga from the ground up. The emphasis of this class for participants at any level will be on building body awareness, connecting movement and breath, alignment, and exploration.

Strength and Tone

This class focuses on safe and effective exercises to strengthen your muscles. Strength training with consistency will increase your bone density and metabolism. Participants can be at any level based on the weights they use. Many options for modifications can be given.

Body Resolution

This class helps increase your flexibility and body strength as well as give you the option of a fast paced total body workout. Different levels of difficulty are offered, making it a comfortable program to anyone in any stage of fitness.
