Fall Wellbeing Options

Below is a list of fitness classes offered by the Wellbeing Team for Staff and Faculty.

2014 FALL SCHEDULE (Starting August 25th)

5:30 - 6:20 Strength & Stretch - Lakeside 101/102        

Core 360

This easy-paced class will focus on core activation and stabilization as well as restoring balance and alignment to your body's movement system.

Fitness For All

This is a fun but challenging workout class tailored to accommodate any fitness level that will leave you wanting more!

Get Pumped

This class will be a total body workout for anybody who wants to get stronger utilizing barbells and dumbbells.

Strength & Stretch

This is the class for getting back into fitness without time to sweat and shower but still seeing improvements in bone strengthening, cardiovascular and flexibility conditioning.

Walk-FIT

Utilize track walking or jogging and strength exercises to burn calories and tone your body. This class is held at The Edge on Eastwood Terrace.

Personal Training options

Employees have the opportunity to work with a personal trainer for a discounted price at The Edge and Body Resolution. You can use this advantage to work with trainers who meet you at your fitness level and facilitate growth based on your needs and goals.
