Summer Family Hike Series

This is a "plateau proof formula" that masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet.

Just getting back into the world of fitness? Don't have time to sweat and shower but still want the benefits of bone strengthening, increased cardiovascular and flexibility conditioning? This is the place to be!

Fitness For All

This is a fun but challenging workout class tailored to accommodate any fitness level that will leave you wanting more!

Walk-FIT

Utilize track walking or jogging and strength exercises to burn calories and tone your body. This class is held at The Edge on Eastwood Terrace.

Personal Training options

Employees have the opportunity to work with a personal trainer for a discounted price at The Edge and Body Resolution. You can use this advantage to work with trainers who meet you at your fitness level and facilitate growth based on your needs and goals.
