Paperwork! Application for Graduation
Yes, in order to graduate you have a little more paperwork to do. But it will only take a moment. By completing this online Application for Graduation, we will add you to the list of potential graduates and order both your diploma and your academic regalia. All potential graduates are required to complete this form even if they are not planning to attend the ceremony. Without submission of this form, your academic record will not be reviewed to determine if you are eligible to graduate. Please go to https://my.champlain.edu, log into WebAdvisor--> Student section, and under Additional Resources, click on the "Application for Graduation" link and review the information listed on the web form.
Please verify the spelling of your name as it will appear on your diploma and the city and state which will be listed as your hometown on the commencement program, "sign" and submit. Now, on to the celebration!
