6:00 am

Wake up!

8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Work - I work for Vermont Stage Company as the Business Manager. My job includes administration, company management, customer service, ticket booking for our performances, coordinating Board Meetings, fundraising activities and e-newsletters, among other things! Information about VSC is available at www.vtstage.org.

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Errands - grocery shopping, going to the bank or post office, or picking up the dry cleaning.

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

I try to get to the gym 4 times a week to keep myself sane — I have started taking a Jazzercise class with some friends and do Water Aerobics at my gym twice a week.

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Dinner - some time to chat with my husband and watch the news.

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Homework! On Mondays I try to do ALL of the reading assigned for the week. Sometimes it is more than I can do in the three-hour sitting and will pour over to Tuesday’s work.

On Tuesdays I will finish up any reading remaining and I will make an initial post to at least half of the week’s required discussion threads. If there is a team project I will touch base with my team members to set a schedule.

On Wednesdays I will begin work on any individual written assignments or any team work. I will make initial posts in any outstanding discussion threads and read/respond to classmates’ posts.

On Thursdays I try to finish up any individual assignments and complete team work. I will also respond to my classmates’ discussion posts.

On Fridays I will finish up any loose ends — team or individual written assignments — and post to the discussion threads.

I generally try to take Saturdays “off” — if there is still team work to be done it will usually get finished here, but more often than not Saturday is a totally free day — depending on the class and the discussions I may check in with the discussion threads. Sometimes I will get a jump start on the following week’s readings on Sundays, but frequently it is a day off for me!

10:00pm - 11:00 pm

Reading in Bed - I always keep a non-school book on my night stand; it helps me to relax before going to sleep.
