Are you working as a health care professional or thinking of entering the health care field? The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts that the health care industry will add 3 million new jobs to the more than 14 million existing health care jobs in the U.S. by 2016. Obtaining an online certificate in health care is an excellent way to position yourself to take advantage of the massive growth predicted for the sector.
Champlain College's Health Care Certificate Programs can help you establish greater credibility and provide you with skills to help you advance your career. Our online certificate programs enable you to learn leading edge knowledge and apply practical skills to your workplace immediately-without committing to the time and expense of a master's degree. As an added incentive, if you later choose to enroll in the online Master of Science in Health Care Administration (MSHCA) program, all courses in the certificate programs can be applied to your degree at any time.
Champlain College's health care certificates focus on coursework from the MSHCA program and include the foundational course, "Navigating the U.S. Health Care System," to provide a baseline for specialized courses in either quality improvement or health IT.
