Student Evacuation
Plan Information
In the event of an outbreak and the
potential need for a quick response,
the student is the only person who
can effectively plan for a campus
evacuation.
Champlain College residential students
are required to provide and submit
the following information, using the form located at
https://my.champlain.edu/portal
- Student name, and college I.D.
number
- Addresses of two relocation sites,
preferably in different cities
- Parent/guardian mailing address
– all plans will be sent to
this address for your information
