As you explore these pages, you
will realize just how strongly our programs are
linked to direct work in early childhood and elementary

with children -- then this is the College and the
Program for you. Among the many unique features
of a degree in elementary education from Champlain
College is that graduates receive a dual endorsement
with their degree: they are certified to teach both
early childhood education (birth to age 8) and elementary
education (Kindergarten through grade 6).

hows -- and the whys
-- of reading, writing
and arithmetic. (Read
